Course Description

Accommodations vs. modifications is intended to help paraeducators understand the differences between the two. This can help paraeducators understand how to better support students in a variety of settings as well as give them a better knowledge of the individual student IEP's. In addition, para's will also be able to better support the students as well as the teacher in the classroom. By developing paraeducator's understanding of the difference between accommodations and modifications, they will grow in their role to best support students, the school, and their district.
