Course Description

This course examines the roots of human bias through the lens of evolutionary psychology and explores practical steps to create a fairer, more inclusive workplace. Participants will gain insights into their own behaviors, learn strategies to mitigate bias, and discover ways to stand in solidarity with those who experience exclusion. By fostering awareness and action, this course empowers individuals to contribute to a more equitable and respectful environment.

Course Format Information

This course will take place in person. Please make sure you have your laptop so that you can complete the course evaluation. Make sure you sign in to the session when you arrive at the room!
