This course explores the essential role of feedback in leadership development. Participants will learn to recognize both the benefits and limitations of giving and receiving feedback, develop strategies to effectively prepare for and engage in feedback sessions, and identify personal barriers to providing constructive feedback. By enhancing their self-awareness and communication skills, attendees will emerge with practical tools to foster a culture of continuous improvement and personal growth, ultimately becoming more effective and self-aware leaders.
