Course Description

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art that practices meditation in motion. It involves a series of movements executed in a slow, rhythmic and focused manner together with deep breathing. Each movement flows into the next one without pausing so that your body is in constant motion. This is an art that has been around for many centuries and has been called the “longevity exercise” because it is said to provide many, many health benefits.
