This 1-hour professional development session, "Embracing Productive Struggle: Fostering Resilience and Growth in the Classroom," helps educators understand the importance of productive struggle in student learning. Participants will explore strategies for promoting a growth mindset, supporting students through challenges, and providing feedback that encourages perseverance. Through case studies, group discussions, and action planning, educators will leave with practical tools to create a classroom environment that fosters resilience and deep learning by embracing challenges.
