Course Title: Panorama Student Success: From Data to Actionable Interventions Course Description: This 1-hour professional learning session provides educators and student support teams with hands-on guidance for using Panorama Student Success to strengthen data-informed decision-making within the MTSS framework. Participants will explore how to analyze student academic, behavior, and SEL data; design and document targeted interventions; and use the platform’s progress monitoring tools to evaluate the impact of supports over time. The session integrates real student scenarios to model best practices for aligning interventions to root-cause data and for communicating progress to families and teams. Learning Objectives: At the end of this session, participants will be able to: Access and analyze data within Panorama Student Success to identify students’ academic and SEL needs. Create and document interventions that align with Tier 1, 2, or 3 supports and district MTSS practices. Monitor and adjust interventions using progress monitoring tools and data visualizations within the platform. Collaborate with team members to reflect on intervention effectiveness and plan next steps. Intended Audience: Teachers, instructional coaches, MTSS and student success teams, counselors, and administrators. Instructional Methods: Interactive demonstration, guided practice within the Panorama platform, small-group data analysis, and reflection discussion. Alignment to ISBE Standards: Standard 1: Teaching Diverse Students Standard 6: Reading, Writing, and Oral Communication Standard 8: Collaborative Relationships Standard 9: Professionalism, Leadership, and Advocacy Credit Information: Duration: 1 hour Professional Development Credit: 1 ISBE hour Evidence of Completion: Participant reflection form and submission of a sample intervention or progress-monitoring plan created during the session.
