Course Description

This professional learning session provides educators with the tools and strategies to deliver effective and engaging reading instruction through the Reading Workshop Model. Participants will learn how to design focused mini-lessons, structure purposeful independent reading and small-group time, and leverage curriculum components to meet diverse student needs. Special emphasis will be placed on fostering reader independence, ownership, and deep comprehension through intentional planning and authentic literacy experiences.
