In this interactive professional learning session, elementary teachers will explore the Engagement Continuum to understand how students move from compliance to true cognitive and emotional engagement. Participants will engage in hands-on activities, reflect on classroom practices, and learn practical strategies to inspire curiosity and ownership of learning. Teachers will leave with ready-to-use ideas and tools for fostering deeper engagement across literacy, math, and other content areas.
