Dual Language Learning Environment: Conceptualized as all that learners see, hear, and feel in educational settings, including physical setup, wall displays, and the general climate. Designed for both students' needs and instructional goals, classrooms should be appealing, comfortable, organized and functional to foster inclusivity and cooperation.
