Required for All NTO Participants
The K-12 Student Wellness Curriculum Coordinator will do a walkthrough of the Best Practices in Student Wellness as well as reveiw the curriculum documents. New teachers will have a veteran content expert in their area work with them to reveiw the curriculum documents, assessments, rubrics and expecatations for their course. Teachers will have time to review their new curriculum documents and get all of their questions answered as well as have a content expert to reach out to for support.

Course Format Information
This course will take place in person. Please bring your laptop.
Evaluation and Attendance Information
Evaluation forms for this course will be available for 24 hours after the course has ended. All evaluation forms must be completed by that time. Attendance will be taken via sign-in sheet and once the attendance information has been entered into the course, your PD hour form will be available.
PD Hour/Professional Credit Information
As this is a required PD course taking place outside of contractual school hours, you will receive pay for attending this course. Per the agreement between U-46 and ETA, all PD that receives hourly pay is not eligible for Professional Credits. You can submit these hours to ISBE/ELIS for licensure renewal but not to the Professional Credit System. If you have questions about this, please contact professionalcredit@u-46.org
