Carol Kosnitsky will be presenting tools to help occupational and physical therapy practitioners create effective SMART goals to effectively measure students participation. Strategies will be shared on how to effectively monitor student progress in the area of OT & PT goals

Course Format Information
This course will take place in person at Channing Elementary 63 S. Channing St., Elgin, IL. The course will offer both large group learning and small group collaboration. Prior to attending the course- OT and PT practitioners should bring examples of goals that they have written as well as data collection tools that they use. All participants must wear a mask at all times and maintain 3' of distance.
Evaluation and Attendance Information
Evaluation forms for this course will be available for 24 hours after the course has ended. All evaluation forms must be completed by that time. Attendance will be taken via sign-in sheet and once the attendance information has been entered into the course, your PD hour form will be available.
