The professional development for new teachers has two overarching objectives.  First, mentees will have the opportunity to explore and discuss tools to strengthen their resilience as educators.  Second, mentees will use the framework for teaching to guide reflective, learning-focused conversations regarding their professional practice in groups of peers with similar roles.  Enrolling in this course will give you access to the Zoom meeting links for all of this year's quarterly meetings.

Evaluation and Attendance Information

Evaluation forms for this course will be available for 24 hours after each session has ended.  All evaluation forms must be completed by that time.  Attendance will be taken via sign-in sheet and once the attendance information has been entered into the course, your PD hour form will be available. 

PD Hour Information

As part of the TMP program, you will receive hourly pay for participating in this course.  Since you are receiving hourly pay, you will not be able to submit these PD hours for Professional Credit.
