As a result of this PD, teachers will review the process for creating strong student teams to support learning and academic success and review the use of Agree/Disagree cards. They will be given an opportunity to use the LSI tracker icon to find teaching videoes to help them implement the academic teaming strategies using the Academy 101, 201 and coaching tools. Parts of the SEL and SLT academic coaching tool will be shared with the teachers to help them understand the focus of an observation.

Course Format Information

Participants will need charged laptop, Academic teaming materials from Academic Teaming workshops 101 and 201.

Guided activities will be done in groups with materials and computer.

Evaluation and Attendance Information

Evaluation forms for this course will be available for 24 hours after the course has ended.  All evaluation forms must be completed by that time.  Attendance will be taken via sign-in sheet and once the attendance information has been entered into the course, your PD hour form will be available.
