Course Description

This program is to build the knowledge and skills of the participants. To recognize and manage crisis behavior they may encounter in the workplace.

Course Format Information

This course will involve both completion of an asynchronous module and an in-person session.  The asynchronous module needs to be completed prior to the in-person session.

Evaluation and Attendance Information

Evaluation forms for this course will be available for 24 hours after the in-person session has ended.  All evaluation forms must be completed by that time.  Attendance will be taken via sign-in/sign-out sheet and once the attendance information has been entered into the course, your PD hour form will be available.
