In this professional development (PD), staff will continue their learning regarding restorative practices to better be able to implement these practices at Dream Academy/New Beginnings. This PD focuses on how to best use "Affirmative Statements" and "Circles" for effectiveness and efficacy in solving conflicts and restoring relationships within the school community. Staff will have an opportunity to collaborate with one another to practice their learning.
