Course Description

Designing Implementation is a full day session for schools participating as a School for Rigor and Equity with school leadership teams convening to overview the desired outcomes of our partnership and targeted professional development and strategic coaching support. The goal of this planning day is to ensure a successful launch of the partnership and communicate the success criteria, identification of specific expectations for all stakeholders, and a leading indicator data (classroom trend data) collection plan.

Leadership Teams of Schools for Rigor and Equity, High School Principals, Associate Principals, Athletic Directors, Middle School Principals, Middle School Assistant Principals
