Administrative/Leadership Team Training

Course Description

Participants will spend two full days engaging in learning about best practices of instructional leadership teams. This first 2-day session will focus on the building blocks of leadership.root causes of school performance.  During Day 2, participants will visit a school and calibrate their use of the tool.

The first two dates for this session will take place on 7/28 and 7/29 from 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM.  The future dates will be determined during the 21-22 school year and the materials for those sessions will be included as part of this course.
