Course Description

Participants will engage in ongoing learning related to building systems to support school improvement through a lens of instructional leadership.  U-46 Rising Committees will continue digging deep into the pillars of the School Instructional Maturity Model and work collaboratively to continue to refine goals and action plans. There will be multiple sessions throughout the 2022-2023 school year, and all U-46 Rising Committee members are expected to attend all sessions.

Course Format Information

This session will be in-person.  Participants should bring their laptop to support signing in, signing out and completing the evaluation process.  The session will include group work and individual work.  

Evaluation and Attendance Information

Evaluation forms for this course will be available for 24 hours after the course has ended.  All evaluation forms must be completed by that time.  Attendance will be taken via sign-in sheet and once the attendance information has been entered into the course, your PD hour form will be available. 

PD Hour / Pay / Professional Credit Information

 

For ILI sessions taking place outside of school hours (6/1 or 6/2), you will receive pay for attending this course. Per the agreement between U-46 and ETA, all PD that receives hourly pay is not eligible for Professional Credits. You can submit these hours to ISBE/ELIS for licensure renewal but not to the Professional Credit System. If you have questions about this, please contact professionalcredit@u-46.org
